SHIPPING POLICY, RATES, AND DELIVERY SCHEDULES

Shipping Rates 

FREE SHIPPING ALL DOMESTIC US Retail basic Ground Shipping orders of $75 or more .  All  Shipping orders will be processed using DOMESTIC Retail Ground shipping method and will be delivered within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted. At Fair Shade we value our free ground shipping policy and offer it only for Domestic Ground Shipping.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround All orders (Ground Delivery and Expedited Delivery and not including T-Shirt and Custom Orders) received Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm (EST) are processed and shipped within 48 hours. All Next Day Air order requests will be processed and shipped same day if received by 2pm (EST). Please ensure shipping and credit card information is accurate and valid to avoid any delays in your order processing. Orders received during non-business hours will follow the next business day processing cycle. No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Turnaround for T-Shirt and Custom Orders All orders (Ground Delivery and Expedited Delivery ) received Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm (EST) are processed and shipped 5 to 10 days after design has been agreed to. Please ensure shipping and credit card information is accurate and valid to avoid any delays in your order processing. Orders received during non-business hours will follow the next business day processing cycle. No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. You will receive an email confirmation from hello@shopfairshade.com to the email address you provided with your order. Please ensure hello@shopfairshade.com is added to your trusted sender list to avoid email being sent to spam folder.

Shipping to U.S. Territories

We ship to U.S. territories which include American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Micronesia (FH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI). Orders shipped to these U.S. territories including Alaska and Hawaii may take additional days to deliver according to the stated delivery window. Also, orders shipped to these territories must be allocated using Priority Mail or Next Day Express service commitments.

Military or Diplomatic Shipment

Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses if assigned. Military guidelines and customs regulations apply. Certain regulations and guidelines may increase the delivery window quoted per Service Commitment.

Shipping to International Territories

Fair Shade offers a CARRIER CALCULATED rate shipping on select Service Commitments to CANADA AND UK.  By shipping via carrier calculated rates, this will enable the customer to save the most money allowing the customer to select the delivery service that best suits them.  Please note your packages may be subject to additional custom fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. Fair Shade is not responsible for these additional charges including any return shipping back to Fair Shade. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.
